Cancellation Terms for Half Day & Day Tours

Cancellations for ALL DRIVER GUIDED DAY TOURS must be made at least 28 days before the date of the experience you have booked and paid for, in order to receive a full refund for the experience (entrance tickets for all attractions are not refundable).

PLEASE NOTE THAT VISITS TO ALL ATTRACTIONS MUST NOW BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. SHOULD YOU CANCEL THE TOUR, THESE COSTS ARE NEITHER TRANSFERRABLE OR REFUNDABLE.

If you cancel within the above time frame for either a driver guided tour or walking tour, you money will not be refunded.**
